If you do not have your domain already (ie. www.domainname.com) then we will have to set that up. There is a yearly cost associated with your domain. You can pay by the year, 3-year, up to 10 years. There is a one-time cost to setup that for you.
If you do not have a host (someplace to store your web site and an IP address to allow access) then we will have to do that also. That also is paid by the year, 3-year, up to 10 years. There is a one-time cost to setup that for you.
If you wish to have email(s) associated with your domain (ie name@domainname.com) then we will also need to setup that for you.
Website will be prebuilt on a site where you will have access and able to see it live and will have opportunities of correcting it before it goes live.
Minimum charge of creating a web site is $200.00 for the first page.
Cost will be charged by how many pages your web site will have. $30.00 each additional page
Any pictures that you want on your web page must be royalty free or you own the copyright.
All wording will be done by you, the customer, and sent to Comp-U-Build via email.
All pages will be setup in our preweb planning meeting on how you want your page(s) to look.
Website forms and functions must be supported by the hosting agency
SQL databases must be supported by the hosting agency and will incur an additional cost depending on the size of the database
Size limit on website is determine by the amount of size purchased on the host site.
Some sites have a bandwidth and traffic count on the site and that will limit you on how your site is seen.
If your site requires updating to keep current there will be a monthly charge of:
$30.00 (1-10 pages) $300.00 / year if paid by the year (savings of $60.00)
$40.00 (11-30 pages) $420.00 / year if paid by the year (savings of $60.00)
$50.00 (31 – 50 pages) $540.00 / year if paid by the year (savings of $60.00)
These updates are basic updates. Wording, picture changes, links, etc.)
Major updates (redesign) is billed at creation cost of website.
